Sierra County offers emergency preparedness information and alert systems in the event of fire or other emergency. Residents and visitors can sign up at the website below to receive emergency alerts through Sierra County Emergency services. In addition, the County is divided into zones created through Zonehaven allowing users to access information regarding advisories, evacuations, animal shelters and road closures.
Sierra County Fire Protection District #1 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
